We all had to start somewhere!

Your first race will be a memory that stays with you forever. You will remember being amazed at the other athletes, will be captivated by the high-end equipment and gear, and will feel the intensity and the excitement in the air. You may wonder at times why you signed up, did you train enough, and are you really ready? You may even feel intimidated by the other "hardcore" athletes. While you know how to swim, bike and/or run, are you ready to put them to the test in a race setting?

Signing up for your first sporting event can be a big step, a little nerve-racking, and intimidating. You might not have the latest gear, the perfect technique, the training knowledge, or the nutritional expertise. But what you do have is the courage and desire to sign up! Remember, we all had to start somewhere! We all have a "first race" story to tell. Where do you start? How much training is enough? Does technique really matter? One of our biggest motivators at SBR Coaching & Training Center is helping those beginners get started! With the correct guidance, you will improve much faster. Start off on the right foot with your first race with us. We can assess you to make sure you are moving correctly, which helps guard against body break down or injury. We will guide you safely and increase your training appropriately for you to accomplish your goal!
