Events at SBR
You have a season full of challenging goals ahead of you. Obtaining the smaller goals in training leads to confidence in hitting the larger goals for each race. But training day after day makes it difficult to motivate oneself to hit target workouts. Not everyone wakes up each morning, claps their hands with excitement knowing that they have a 500yd swim time-trial as part of their daily workout. (Okay, maybe some do, but you get the point.)

Here to help you hit your goals in key workouts this season, SBR Coaching will include an extra dose of competition through the SBR Cup Training Series. Key workouts such as swim time-trials, bricks, bike TT's uphill and flat, run TT's such as 5k's, miles, uphill runs - will all be timed group events. Points will be accumulated by participants based on a percentage of each event winner's time. There will be bonus points for consistent participation and while it is only a 'training' series - there will be some great prizes!

Anyone registered for any of the Group Coached Workouts will be able to participate. Super Duper Grand Prizes will include: 3 free entries to any 2013 Race Day Event triathlon ($195 value), $100 gift certificates to SBR and Rocket Bikes, free entries to the 2013 Fleet Feet Aquathon Series, free entries to RDE's new Trail Running Series (for 2013).
The official point system will be announced the first week of May.
