ICC is back for it's 6th winter season starting in January 2012. This class is a 90 minute class full of variety. Each week will be something different, working on cycling skills, shifting skills, hill climing, sprint intervals and more. Each week come to ICC for however it fits your needs. May it be that third workout of the week, a longer focused training session, or walk out of class learning something new about yourself and cycling.

The Tuesday Night Brick is back! TNB is a great training opportunity for swimmers, bikers and/or runners to hone multisport techniques and add some creativity to training. The Tuesday Night Brick (TNB) weekly workouts are designed to build your skills, training intensity, knowledge, focus and consistency.
