Tuesday Night Brick Program (TNB) - Summer 2012
The Tuesday Night Brick is back! TNB is a great training opportunity for swimmers, bikers and/or runners to hone multisport techniques and add some creativity to training. The Tuesday Night Brick (TNB) weekly workouts are designed to build your skills, training intensity, knowledge, focus and consistency.

Join us every Tuesday from 5:45 pm-7:30 pm for creative and high-impact training.
· Each practice is 1 hour, 45 minutes in duration
· TNB this year is 18 weeks! (last year 16 weeks)
You will be doing many different varieties of brick training:
· bike/run/bike/run
· bike/run track speed workouts
· mini-aquathons
· and other creative, different, unique and fun brick approaches!

SBR Coaches Kory Seder and Scott McDermott will be leading the way for your practices. We will teach something new each week, provide an effective workout, and celebrate the joy of triathlon!

May 15 - Brick Time Trial - part of the SBR Cup Training Series
May 22 - Open water swimming - skills, dealing with cold water, breathing, sighting, first triathlon of the season comfort plus running speed/skills
May 29 - Transition Overload
