Coaching Services

  • Coaching services are available for swimmers, bikers, runners and triathletes. We coach for any person at any level for any event. It’s YOUR race, and we can guide you along the path to success.

  • Basic Multisport Coaching + Power is SBR's multisport coaching for those athletes who wish to train using power (via such devices as CycleOps, Quarq and SRM). All the same services apply as the Basic Multisport Coaching, however the + Power portion of the coaching is for those athletes wishing to train and be coached with a power meter. There is more commitment to this type of training, as well as coaching with the analysis of the data to provide appropriate feedback and training prescription. 

  • Cycling Coaching with a Coach at SBR includes everything you need from a personalized training schedule, flexibility, nutrition planning, race strategy and monthly meetings.  

  • Cycling Coaching + Power with a Coach at SBR includes everything you need from a personalized training schedule, flexibility, nutrition planning, race strategy and monthly meetings.  The + Power portion of the coaching is for those athletes wishing to train and be coached with a power meter (such as CycleOps, Quarq or SRM).   • Full-Time Multisport Coaching is SBR's next step up from Basic Coaching to include everything you need from a personalized training schedule, flexibility, nutrition planning, race strategy and monthly meetings.  

  • Full-Time Multisport Coaching + Power is SBR's multisport coaching for those athletes who wish to train using power (via such devices as CycleOps, Quarq and SRM). All the same services apply as the Full-Time Multisport Coaching, however the + Power portion of the coaching is for those athletes wishing to train and be coached with a power meter.   • Run Coaching with a Coach at SBR includes everything you need from a personalized training schedule, flexibility, nutrition planning, race strategy and monthly meetings.
