Training Nutrition Recommendations

Nutrition is the most overlooked aspect of training. Proper nutrition involves quality food, fluid and vitamin/mineral supplements. Not having a good plan to follow and practice with can make or break your race day. Also by not following a sound nutrition plan, your body will not be able to absorb and recover from the training you are putting in. Setting up a plan well in advance of race day is very important. You must train with the nutrition plan you create, so your body understands how to process the food intake without distress. Getting your nutrition right will improve speed, stamina and recovery time.

Our pricing for training nutrition recommendations is $25/15 minutes, or $90/hour
